Three weeks after debut album Gorta lands on Island Records on January 15, Dublin’s Madra Salach take it on the road, with the Gorta tour kicking off February 4 in Stockholm.
The European leg takes in Hamburg’s Knust (Feb 7), Berlin’s Frannz Club (Feb 8), Munich’s Strom (Feb 12) and Cologne’s Artheater (Feb 13), plus Prague, Amsterdam and Paris. April brings the UK, with Brighton, Bristol, Glasgow and London among the stops, before homecoming shows at Belfast’s Telegraph Building on April 11 and Dublin’s Vicar Street on April 14.
That’s on top of a sold-out Irish run this December, a Primavera Sound slot and supporting Fontaines D.C. at Slane Castle next June. Not bad going for a six-piece whose debut EP only came out in January.
Tickets for the 2027 dates go on sale Friday, October 23 at 10am. Hungry? Get in early.
