The Bar Stool Preachers Throw a Party Eternal, With The Rumjacks Calling Time

Brighton ska-punk rabble The Bar Stool Preachers put out their fourth album, Party Eternal, on October 30, and the Celtic punk payoff comes at the very end: closer “This Is Goodbye” hauls in Aussie heavyweights The Rumjacks for a piratey, Oi!-soaked send-off, also out as a single.

It’s a fully independent, crowdfunded record after the band left Pure Noise behind, and Cameron Webb (Motörhead, Sum 41) is behind the desk. Fishbone’s Angelo Moore trades vocals on opener “Sick World”, and the 14 tracks swing between ska-punk knees-ups, half-spoken Streets-style turns and big terrace choruses. The red vinyl is already sold out at Crash Records, so don’t hang about.
