The Men They Couldn’t Hang keep The Wave rolling. The Queen’s Shilling, their second fundraising demo volume, lands on Bandcamp Friday, November 6.
After April’s The King’s Shilling, the new disc banks more shed takes plus early Silver Shark Studios cuts — If We Don’t Stand Up (We’re Gonna Fall), Sea Bird, Kings Of Hard Luck Lane and company — to fund stage two of recording and a few guest chairs. Some songs will mutate into the finished Wave tracks; some may not make the cut. The full Anglo-Celtic project is aimed at October 2027, with a first proper Wave Sessions single still in the mix between The Molly and These Are Our Demands.
