Maryland Celtic rockers Gaelic Mishap have finally put out the album they kept promising. From the Edge is 13 tracks of fiddle, bodhrán, shanties and loud guitars, and the band admit they’d said it was coming “so many times that you stopped believing us.”
Formed in 2010, they’ve opened for Flogging Molly and Dropkick Murphys. Catch them at the Maryland Irish Festival in Timonium, November 13–15, and back at Kelsey’s on December 5. CD and download via the band’s site; it’s streaming too.
